This is it people! I am packed and just about ready to go... sort of. I am soooooo tired of packing and unpacking, worrying about whether or not I forgot something, and stressing! So, I have said my "see you laters" to many, including my sweetie Jeff, tonight. Tomorrow morning (at the ungodly hour of 5am), my mom will take me and my suitcases to the airport. I'll head to Washington, D.C. for staging. Then, on Tuesday morning, 55 of us depart for Costa Rica!!!!!
Thank you to all of you who have been so very supportive of this big leap I'm taking. This journey will continue and I am grateful for the opportunity of doing something like Peace Corps!
I posted a picture of my luggage ( I know some were wondering how this diva was going to pack 2 years worth of stuff in 2 bags and a carry-on... I had lots of help.)
